"Slow replies and not much help"
I really did try to give them a fair chance, so it’s not like I’m just complaining for no reason. But the customer service was slow. It took a couple of days to get a response, and when they finally replied, the answer was kind of vague and didn’t really solve anything. I ended up having to follow up again just to get a straight answer. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but when you’re just trying to get help, it gets frustrating fast.

"Bill was exactly what I expected"
I was half expecting some random extra charge to show up, but the price matched what they told me upfront. So yeah, no weird surprises on the bill.

"Got it sorted in the end"
I had a problem with my order and it took a little longer then I was hoping, which was kinda frustrating. But they did get it fixed eventually, so I can’t complain too much. Not perfect, but overall it was alright.

The appliance was installed and it works fine, but the installer seemed like they were rushing around a bit. They also left some mess behind, which was annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just could’ve been better

"They Seriously Saved My Dryer"
I needed a dryer knob and somehow nobody anywhere near me had one, which felt way more dramatic than it should’ve. Then I found it listed at Keith’s Appliances, ordered it, and it showed up just fine. it saved me from the ridiculous thought of having to buy a whole new dryer over one tiny knob. Huge relief.

"Still Can’t Get an Appointment"
I’ve been trying to book an appointment and there are just no slots available anytime soon. It’s really frustrating at this point, and I feel like this needs to be escalated because I shouldn’t have to keep checking over and over with no clear availability.

"I stopped in because I needed a..."
I stopped in because I needed a washer, but the whole visit was disappointing. It felt like everyone was too busy or just didn’t want to deal with me. When I did ask a few questions, the staff came off annoyed, which made the whole thing uncomfortable. The pricing wasn’t very clear either, so I ended up feeling more confused than when I walked in. I left without buying anything because I just didn’t feel good about spending money there.

"Delivery was all over the place"
Ordering was totally fine, no issue there, but the delivery part was a whole thing. They gave me a time window, then suddenly changed it last minute, and I’m sitting there trying to figure out if I should still be home or what. I ended up calling twice just to confirm, which was annoying because, like, isn’t that the point of scheduling it? The appliance did show up eventually, so there’s that, but I basically lost half my day waiting around. Just kind of a frustrating experience overall.

"Decent site, but delivery updates were a bit unclear"
I used the site quickly because I was in a bit of a rush, and overall it was okay. I found what I needed without too much hassle, but the checkout felt slower than I expected. The delivery updates also weren’t very clear, which was a little frustrating since I was trying to keep an eye on when it would arrive. The item came fine in the end, just later than I thought. Not terrible, but not amazing either

"I think this stove is worth..."
I think this stove is worth the money. The price was really good, and I’m happy with what I got overall. At the same time, I wouldn’t say it completely blew me away, but for what I paid, I can’t really complain.

"Good selection and easy to browse"
I was looking around keithsappliances.com for a new fridge and was happy to see they had a solid range to choose from, not just the same couple of brands. It was easy to compare some of the models and prices, which definitely helped. A few listings could use a little more detail, but overall the site made the whole browsing process simple enough. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Clear answers, no salesy nonsense"
I had a good experience with Keith’s Appliances, mostly because they actually communicated clearly, which I don’t feel like you can always count on anymore.

I’m usually skeptical when companies sound too polished or throw around a bunch of “customer care” talk, but this didn’t feel like that. They just told me what was going on, answered my questions plainly, and didn’t make me guess or keep chasing them for updates.
Overall it was simple, straightforward, and not stressful. I’d use them again.

"Tech knew his stuff, but the communication wasn’t great"
The technician seemed like he knew what he was doing and figured out the issue with my washer quickly. He explained it in plain English, which I appreciated, because I’m definitely not a washer expert.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the whole visit felt kind of rushed, and I had to ask more than once about what happens next. I also got the feeling nobody really read my message beforehand, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just could’ve been handled better...

"Professional delivery and worth it"

"Sales team was sooo helpful"
I had a really good experience with Keith’s Appliances. I wasn’t totally sure which washer I wanted, and the sales guy actually took the time to walk me through the differences without making me feel rushed at all.

He answered all my questions and didn’t try to steer me toward the most expensive option, which I reeeally appreciated. It made the whole process easy, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Financing Turned Into a Whole Headache"
I tried going through the financing process, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The terms weren’t really clear, and when I asked for help, support didn’t explain much at all. Like, if people are signing up for financing, maybe actually walk them through it? I ended up leaving annoyed and feeling like I had wasted my time.

"Pretty decent overall, support was just a little slow"
The washer showed up fine and everything seemed pretty much as expected. I had a question after buying it, and support took a few days to get back to me, which wasn’t ideal. They did eventually help me out though, so it worked out in the end. Overall, I’d say it was okay, maybe even good, just not super quick on the support side.
